Today I’m sharing my collection of the foundation. Depending on the season my complexion varies. It’s usually lighter in winter and darker in summer, as I usually get tanned. All the foundations I use are high end, because to me, the most important part of the makeup routine is the complexion, if the complexion is messed up, there is a good chance that the entire makeup will be messed up.

Don’t get me wrong, I’m not saying you need to have an expensive foundation to have a good makeup. There are some good cheap ones out there but I haven’t tried them yet. By the way you have any foundation to recommend, don’t hesitate to let me know in the comment section below.

Aujourd’hui, je vais vous partager ma collection de fonds de teint. En fonction des saisons, mon teint change. Il est généralement plus clair en hiver et plus foncé en été, car je suis habituellement plus bronzé. Tous les fond de teint que j’utilise sont haut de gamme, parce que pour moi, la partie la plus importante du maquillage est le teint, si le teint est raté, il y a de fortes chances que le maquillage entier soit raté.

Ne me méprenez pas, je ne dis pas que vous devez avoir un fond de teint cher pour avoir un bon maquillage. Il y en a des très bien à bon prix, mais je ne les ai pas encore essayé. En passant, si vous avez des bon fonds de teint à recommander, n’hésitez pas à me le dire dans la section des commentaires ci-dessous.

 

MAC COSMETICS

Studio fix fluid | Studio fixe fluide

I’m going to start with this foundation from MAC Cosmetics. As you can see on the picture, there are 2 bottles, simply because MAC doesn’t have my shade for this foundation, it’s either too light or too dark. This is the reason why I have to mix these 2 shades NC50 & NC55 to obtain the perfect match.

I really like this foundation because you can build up the coverage, from medium to full. It’s not too heavy on the face but it also hides our little imperfections. The skin is protected from the sun with an SPF15 formula.

Je vais commencer par ce fond de teint de MAC Cosmetics. Comme vous pouvez le voir sur la photo, il y a 2 bouteilles, simplement parce que MAC n’a pas ma teinte, c’est soit trop clair ou trop foncé. C’est la raison pour laquelle je dois mélanger ces 2 teintes NC50 et NC55 pour obtenir la teinte parfaite.

J’aime beaucoup ce fond de teint parce que vous pouvez adapter la couvrance. Ce fond de teint n’est pas trop lourd sur le visage, mais il cache également nos petites imperfections. La peau est bien protégée du soleil avec la formule SPF15.

LANCÔME

Teint miracle

I absolutely love this foundation ! I’ve had it for a while and I definitely recommend it. I use number 11, it’s slightly darker, but I prefer to use it in winter because in summer my face gets oily too quickly. I really like this foundation because of the glow you get after applying it, you truly get the “teint miracle” (miracle complexion).

J’adore ce fond de teint ! Je l’ai depuis quelques temps et je le recommande vraiment. J’utilise le numéro 11, c’est légèrement plus foncé, mais je préfère l’utiliser en hiver car, en été, mon visage brille beaucoup trop vite. Ce que j’aime avec ce fond de teint est le l’éclat que l’on obtient après l’avoir appliqué, on obtient vraiment le «teint miracle».

BOBBI BROWN

Long-wear even finish foundation | Fond de teint longue tenue

I bought this foundation a long time ago, when I was on holidays in Spain (I don’t recommend you to do the same mistake). I haven’t been using it so often because when I bought it, I was very tanned. The shade I use is warm almond 6.5. If you have an oily skin, I definitely recommend this foundation, especially in summer as it has matte finish (so you don’t need to apply powder afterwards). Furthermore, the foundation protects you from the sun with a SPF 15 formula.

J’ai acheté ce fond de teint il y a longtemps, lorsque j’étais en vacances en Espagne (je vous conseille de ne pas comettre la même erreur). Depuis la, je ne l’ai pas utilisé aussi souvent parce que lorsque je l’ai acheté, j’avais beacoup bronzé. J’utilise la teinte warm almond 6.5. Si vous avez la peau grasse, je vous recommande vivement ce fond de teint, surtout en été, car il a une formule non grasse et une finition mat (pas besoin d’appliquer une poudre après). De plus, il  vous protège du soleil avec une protection SPF 15.

Touche Éclat

Out of all the foundation I own, this one is my favourite. It has a glowy/dewy effect, it’s very lightweight, and the coverage is perfect (for me). I can wear it in winter and summer (if I haven’t tanned to much). The only downside is that I get oily quite quickly and the foundation is transferable. When you wear it, you need to be very careful or you’ll have foundation everywhere (clothes, phone, fingers etc.) Out of all foundations, this one is the only one that matches my complexion PERFECTLY, my shade is B70.

De tous les fonds de teint que je possède, celui-ci est mon préféré. Le teint est éclatant et radiant, il est très léger, et la couvrance est parfaite (enfin pour moi). Je peux le mettre en hiver comme en été (si je n’ai pas bronzé). Le seul inconvénient, c’est que la peau brille assez rapidement, et aussi il est transférable. Lorsque vous le portez, vous devez être très prudente ou vous en aurez partout (vêtements, téléphone, doigts, etc.) De tous les fonds de teint, celui-ci est le seul qui correspond PARFAITEMENT à ma carnartion, ma teinte est B70.
